The Summit NJ real estate market had 11 homes sell in Feb 2008. Not a bad month considering those homes would have gone under contract in December, January, and very early February.

The Chatham NJ real estate market is doing better this spring that a year ago this time. Even though 2007 had more homes sell then in 2006, and the average price was up a little bit, with all the doom and gloom in the news it sure did not seem like it.
