It’s always neat for me to look at other markets and see what their prices are - we went to another county the other day & were amazed at the difference in price just 50 miles made!
NJ as always seemed on the “higher side” to me, but I know I enjoy visiting there, so not surprised

Thank you for the comment Upstart Agent. Of course you must be a real estate agent. The Chatham New Jersey real estate market has a 4 count of great things going for it. Great schools, A great location, A wonderful downtown along with wonderful community, and of course the most important is the Midtown Direct New Jersey Transit train line to Midtown Manhattan.
