January 2008 home closings in Chatham Boro & Chatham Twp
2008 has started out strong for home sales closings in Chatham New Jersey. 16 homes sold and closed during the month. To be sure most if not all of these deals actually came together before January, but January itself has been a uncharacteristically strong month with buyers being especially active in towns along the Midtown Direct train line.
