yes correct, in this market now buyers have good choice. i’m from London city, 2008 buyers have good chance to select property. this is down turn for 2 years , not more than that. so this is good time for property investment in any place.

The down trend has hit Central Texas too. Sellers are dealing for the first time in a long time!

At least Madison NJ seems to have pricing trends that are flat. Having the Midtown Direct Train line in town really is helping things what with gas hovering around $4 a gallon.
