Wow, interesting list. The Summit NJ real estate market is very competitive and for the most part people just hire some Realtor from Coldwell Banker, Weichert, or Keller Williams thinking that they are all the same.

Interesting list, James, though I know that some agents who’ve done great jobs marketing their own web sites find that they no longer need to do open houses or Realtor.com. Great Web site stats can also be a compelling aid to listings presentations.
