Boy, there are some real deals out there in Morristown NJ REAL Estate.
I was out showing Morristown NJ homes for sale again today, and a few of the homes we looked at have gone though some price reductions and are now shockingly affordable. One of the homes I showed today was a foreclosure, it was obvious that this home had been purchased by someone who intended to flip it for a profit. They seem to have run out of money though, as all the hardwood floors had been refinished already, a new heating and central air conditioning system had already been installed, as well as all the windows had already been replaced.
Another home priced under 400K was located just 2 blocks off of south street, in a nice quiet neighborhood. This was a beautifully restored historic home from the late 1800’s. My praise of it here does not do it justice.
If you are looking for a great home, visit Morristown NJ MLS search to find all the homes currently for sale in Morristown New Jersey.
Have a great day,
James Boyer

Good point to make! As a result of the housing crisis, there are now so many lovely homes down at reduced prices that qualified buyers can have their pick of dream homes!

We’re seeing the same thing in Central Oregon. Deals!!! If investors have any money left, I think it’s a great time to buy up these deals and put renters in them.
Time to go vote!

We have been seeing some pretty decent deals in Austin. We bought a property last month actually. We are also seeing properies with better cashflow compared to 2007.
