By the end of August there were 28 fewer Summit NJ homes for sale. That’s right 28 homes sold and closed during the month of August in Summit New Jersey. For this entire real estate downturn the Summit NJ real estate market has been much stronger than the average real estate market in New Jersey.

It is all about what the town has to offer is so true. Austin market has done well during the resent slump in the market. It has slowed down some, but is pretty strong.

It’s great to hear places doing well. Fortunately for me and other agents in Austin things have never been THAT bad. Sure things haven’t been great, but sells are still happening. Good luck to everyone.
