The Summit NJ real estate market had 11 homes sell in Feb 2008. Not a bad month considering those homes would have gone under contract in December, January, and very early February.
There is some strength being shown in the Summit NJ real estate market. This is no longer a all out buyers market. There are buyers out and about looking for the right house. These home buyers are not necessarily looking for a steal of a deal, in fact they are looking for the most part for a fair deal.
